How we ship

We currently ship with Swiss Priority Post to:

• Switzerland
• Japan
• Hong Kong

Expect your cigars to arrive in 3 to 12 days.

Your cigars are stored and packed in our dedicated warehouse in Switzerland, where humidity and temperature are carefully controlled to keep them in top condition. Once you place your order, we prepare each shipment with care to ensure your cigars arrive fresh and well-protected. We ship via Swiss Post International — a reliable and efficient service that brings your order from our humidor to your doorstep.

We only ship to countries or states, where cross-border (out of Europe or Switzerland) online distance sales of tobacco are not prohibited. If you can not select your country or address in the checkout page, this is likely the reason. Furthermore: We do not ship Cuban cigars to the United States.

Please note that any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and  depend on the destination country.
